At Giggles and Gadgets, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality digital and website development services that meet our clients’ expectations. While we aim to ensure complete satisfaction, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is requested. This policy is designed to maintain fairness and transparency for all parties involved.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may be reviewed under the following conditions:
Project Cancellation
If a client cancels the project before any work has started, they will be eligible for a full refund.
If the project is canceled after development has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the progress made.
Failure to Deliver
If Giggles and Gadgets is unable to deliver the agreed services or fails to meet project milestones within the defined timeline, the client may request a refund.
Any approved refund will be proportional to the incomplete portion of the project.
Unsatisfactory Deliverables
If the client is not satisfied with the delivered work, they must notify Giggles and Gadgets in writing within 7 days of delivery.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
Technical Issues
If technical problems arise due to errors in our development process and cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued for the affected portion of the service.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after the project has started
- Delays caused by the client, including failure to provide necessary content, information, or approvals on time
- Services that have been fully completed and approved by the client
- Costs related to third-party services such as domain registration, hosting, or paid tools, plugins, or themes
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Submit a written request via email with a detailed explanation of the issue
- Giggles and Gadgets will review the request and respond within 7 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method
